Transition Support Workers help ensure you and your child are supported throughout the many transitions which occur from 0-8 years old.

The Youth Engagement Service responds to the needs of vulnerable young people aged 12 to 25 years and provides the following supports informed by harm minimisation and empowerment frameworks

This is a free and confidential service providing outreach to Cooktown, Wujal Wujal, Laura and Hope Vale.

Family Support

Family Support Counselling provides a high level of counselling and support to people experiencing social, financial or emotional difficulties and other community members identified as vulnerable.

Alcohol & other drugs, early intervention

RADIO provides young people in remote communities with:

  • Information and referrals
  • Supports to reduce Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) use
  • Coordinated case management
  • Help to improve social and emotional well being
  • Help to build connections with family and community
  • Connections to other service

The 60’s & Better Program offers a range of social, physical and educational activities for seniors in our community.

We can assist with planning your budget and assist you in working through your financial difficulties.
