About the program

The 60’s & Better Program offers a range of social, physical and educational activities for seniors in our community.

CDCC’s 60’s program is a great way to meet new and like minded people in fun settings.

Regular activities include weekly morning tea & yoga/relaxation sessions.

What factors influence healthy aging?

Research has identified action steps we can take to maintain our health and function as we get older.

Improving our diet, increasing physical activity, getting health screenings and managing risk factors for disease, all actions which may influence different areas of health.

family support

Weekly themed morning teas in a friendly social setting.

financial advice

Practical advice on topics such as health, diet, exercise and finance.
