Parent & Family Support & Family Support Counselling

About the program

This program assists families and is comprised of two separate aspects: Parent and Family Support Case Management and Family Support Counselling.

Case Management provides a high level of support to vulnerable and at-risk families for parents and extended families and their children aged 0-8.
Family Support Counselling provides a high level of counselling and support to people experiencing social, financial or emotional difficulties and other community members identified as vulnerable.

This program is flexible, nurturing and can be tailored to meet your families needs.

We focus on your strengths with supportive care.

We are not here to judge you or tell you how to parent.

We are here to support you and walk with you in your families journey.
